When my sister-in-law asked me to do Chloe’s one year portraits, I thought, “Of course! You didn’t even have to ask.” I remember with perfect clarity the night Chloe was born. We were in the outer banks for our annual family vacation. At 4am I heard someone screaming my name and asking me to call 911. Lara was in labor. We were finally having a baby! Thankfully, the Dare County EMT came fairly quickly. I stayed at home with the kids while Laura and her mom rushed off to meet Chloe.
She was cute as a button and still is.
